Peter Virtue

As Peter is performing in a senior role he is responsible for the delivery of various projects on both traditional and design and build procurement routes. Prior to working at CSY Peter worked primarily on public buildings which were on a number of key sites throughout Scotland from Orkney to Edinburgh.

Peter is particularly passionate about nurturing working relationships which has resulted in our appointment with many repeat clients.  He has particular interest in the renovation of existing property with a view to maximising its potential and benefitting the wider community.

Working primarily from the Berwick office Peter is located in an area which is steeped in architectural history, he is particularly keen to understand and complement this history in the most effective and desirable way and carries this approach to all projects.

When not at work Peter can be found voluntarily track marshalling at race circuits worldwide and has marshalled formula 1 events. Peter also enjoys mountaining biking on the coastal trails of Northumberland, going to spinning classes and is continually adding to his extensive Lego collection.
