Blair Devlin

Blair joined our practice in 2022 after achieving his Higher National Diploma at Edinburgh college using this as a pathway into the Graduate apprenticeship scheme. He has been involved in a variety of projects, ranging from smaller domestic extensions & alterations, to new build and commercial projects. Having worked on site for many years, Blair has a good understanding of the construction process and is keen to expand his knowledge in technical design and the delivery of projects. He completed two years at Edinburgh College studying Architectural Technology achieving his HNC and HND  and is now working towards his Architectural Technology degree working alongside us through Edinburgh Napier University.

Blair has a strong passion for domestic projects having completed numerous projects on site, giving him a great understanding of the building process and what it takes to make a project a success for our clients. He also has an interest in environmental sustainability, along with the importance of disused historic buildings.

Outside of work Blair spends his free time by playing for two football teams on Saturdays and Sundays. He also enjoys going on a remote camping & hiking trips to de-stress in his comfortable environment.
