Richard is a Senior Architectural Technologist with over 25 years’ experience in Architectural Design. Before joining the practice Richard worked in London for several years where he gained experience on a range of regeneration and new build projects for both Housing Associations and Private Developers. Richard has worked in a variety of sectors, including hotels, residential, leisure and commercial buildings.
Richard is keen to embrace all forms of construction and is also interested in exploring new technologies that can be used to reduce the carbon footprint of existing buildings with minimal disruption. He always strives to establish a good working relationship with the contractor, working with them to ensure the delivery of a high-quality end-product.
When Richard is not ferrying his children to various football events, he can be found working on the latest DIY project in the renovation of his house.
