Having worked in the design industry for over 6 years, Rachel’s experience covers various sectors including hospitality, workspace and healthcare. Working upwards, she has continued to develop and grow within her role and embrace each stage of her design career.
Rachel has a real passion for enhancing spaces, she is passionate about the human-centric and psychological aspects of design, for example how our designs are seen from the perspective of neurodiverse or disabled individuals and the impact this has on them. She believes that inclusion is essential and it’s our responsibility as designers to make sure we cater to all individuals.
Outside of work, Rachel spends her time going on country walks and stopping at cafes with her retired dog (Poppy) and her family. When the opportunity arises, she also enjoys heading out on her motorbike to unwind, release some stress, and get an adrenaline boost.
