Gillian started out her career abroad, working on a vast range of projects including slaughterhouses, private dwellings as well as a large hydrogen and solar energy research facility, before returning to Scotland in 2015 to take up a position in private practice.
In recent years, Gillian has focused mainly on interior fit out, conversion and alteration projects covering the Scottish hospitality Estate in conjunction with her team colleagues. The client base includes Heineken – Star Pubs and Bars, Greene King Brewery & Retailing Ltd, Belhaven Pub Group, and independents. Gillian enjoys the rapid pace of interior conversion and fit-out projects, seeing them through from initial conceptual design to completion and handover. Gillian enjoys being part of a successful team and always strives to create the most innovative design solutions for her client group.
In Gillian’s free time, she enjoys going to the gym as well as dining out and socialising with family and friends.
