Matthew works closely with our whole team across projects developing our Building Information Modelling (BIM) capability. He does this through delivering training and development sessions to our team and project stakeholders and by developing procedures and project documentation that are in line with international standards and guidance in BIM implementation. Matthew is responsive for enhancing systems such as our Common Data Environments and workflows across the whole business to allow us to consistently deliver high quality projects at all scales for our clients. This role is currently supported by a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Edinburgh Napier University, where he works as an associate with the university to develop his leadership and management skills whilst gaining insight into academic research around BIM?

Matthew was a National Finalist in the WorldSkillsUK Digital Construction competition and is volunteering as a Mentor through CareerReady, an organisation we have partnered with as a practice.
