Gavin has wide experience as project architect on many types of development including housing, healthcare, leisure, commercial, retail and community projects.

Gavin is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary design teams on complex technical projects and on community projects involving multiple stakeholders and community consultations, including projects funded by Big Lottery and other charitable sources. He is also experienced in speaking at public meetings and in leading community discussion groups.

Gavin’s 3D digital modelling skills provide an invaluable communication tool in the presentation and development of ideas at both concept and detail design stages.

Gavin is also an experienced CDM Principal Designer and as such brings consideration of health, safety and welfare as an integral part of architectural design development.
