Annual Team Day 2023
It was a treat to see the whole team from our 3 offices coming together on our annual meet up. This year, we focused on wellness and combined it with our continued sponsorship of The Borders Book Festival in Melrose. We held a series of workshops and activities in the CSY Architects marquee, covering our ethos, vision and values. There was also opportunity for staff to present and share interesting projects they were involved in during the past year. With exceptional weather and good food (thanks to Indaba Café Bar in Edinburgh), a great day was had by all. We look forward to developing together and strengthening our team in the coming year as we continue to make employee ownership meaningful; sharing our experiences, caring about our wellbeing and taking a round-table approach to setting our aims and aspirations.
