Each year, our Team Day brings together colleagues from all four CSY offices to connect and celebrate the people who make our work possible. It is always a valuable opportunity to reflect and look towards the future with a shared sense of purpose – strengthening bonds across projects, disciplines, and locations.
This year we gathered at Material Source Studios in Glasgow, which is a vibrant co-working space and a hub for the architecture and interior design community.
The CSY team enjoyed wandering through the product sample display shelves, which proved an inspiring setting for the day.
During our discussions, we covered some key topics that are central to CSY’s ongoing success. We put together plans for the future, to make sure these aims are met.
Our company goals included:
- Maintaining our reputation for design excellence and client support
- Optimising our processes and delivery of projects
- How we can continue to support team and individual growth
- Caring for the communities we work in
Afterwards, we travelled to Gael & Grain – a beautiful space created by our own interior design team – for a fun social afternoon. Having everyone together in one space, with laughter and good conversation all around is really special to us.
Our Team Day reminds us each year that great architecture starts with great people.
