As signatories to the Young Person’s Guarantee we help prepare young people for the world of work by running career sessions at local high schools. While also offering paid internships and mentoring to help young people achieve their potential under the Career Ready Scheme. Hence, we have had the pleasure of hosting and working alongside Caetlyn, who was with us for a few weeks under the programme. We are particularly sad to say goodbye as she quickly became part of the team.

“Working 9-5 has taught me the importance of hard work and time required to complete a project, helping prepare me for the heavy workload for High School and Further education (University/College). Five weeks of working at CSY has also made me more employable as I now have experience of a 9-5 job and with softwares/computing”
